Die deutsche Firma Production Resource Group (PRG) ist verantwortlich für die ganze Technik im International Exhibition Centre in Kiew. Also für die Technik von Bühne und Halle, wo der Eurovision Song Contest 2017 stattfindet. Die Firma hat einige Innovationen eingebracht.
